With experience building and selling a large IT services firm, I launched C-Level Advising in 2021 to help other CEOs navigate the challenges of growth. I specialize in streamlining operations, improving profitability, building exit-ready businesses, and applying AI as a practical lever for performance — not a buzzword.
A central part of my work today is helping companies launch AI the right way — enabling users, protecting the business, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing safe usage. I've also become an expert in AI virtual employees: agents that run 24/7 at a fraction of the cost of traditional headcount.
