FAQ

Common questions

What does a fractional COO cost?+

Far less than a full-time hire. A full-time COO for a growth-stage company runs $250,000 or more, plus equity. A fractional engagement delivers the same seniority, scoped to the days per week your business actually needs, at a fraction of that cost.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?+

Consultants study the business and hand you a report. We take operating responsibility: running the meetings, owning the numbers, and staying accountable for the outcome until it is fixed.

How much of your time do we get?+

Enough to own outcomes. Most engagements run one to two days a week inside the business, with availability in between. The rhythm flexes as the work demands.

How long does an engagement usually last?+

Most run six to eighteen months. Long enough to fix root causes, build the systems, and develop the team that keeps them fixed after we step back.
